1. Negotiate and contract with suppliers for non-production purchases.
2. Identify and implement productivity plans with partners.
3. Advise internal clients to optimize and secure activities.
4. Develop and execute Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and associated action plans.
5. Manage supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and innovation.
6. Propose and implement improvements to procurement procedures to sustain the organization.
7. Structure procurement categories: analyze needs, define strategies, identify market players.
8. Conduct supplier prospecting and maintain active market and technological watch.
9. Participate in CAPEX analyses in collaboration with Project Managers for industrial investments.
10. Collaborate closely with LVMH Group to create synergies and optimize operational costs.

1. Passion for the luxury industry.
2. Advanced degree in engineering or a relevant discipline.
3. Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in indirect procurement, preferably in an industrial setting.
4. Initiative-driven with strong prioritization skills.
5. Open and approachable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Result-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
7. Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
8. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Strong communication and persuasive skills.
