1. Collaborate with U.S. leadership to align HR initiatives with business priorities.
2. Provide consultancy and coaching to managers on organizational structure and workforce planning.
3. Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate and retail positions, building strong talent pipelines.
4. Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, ensuring compliance with U.S. employment laws.
5. Oversee performance management processes and support leadership development.
6. Partner with compensation teams on salary reviews and benefits administration.
7. Manage HR operations including onboarding, HRIS data integrity, and payroll coordination.
8. Champion Hublot's culture and values across the U.S. network.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
2. 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a HR Business Partner or Generalist role.
3. Experience in retail or luxury consumer goods preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws.
5. Demonstrated experience with employee relations and coaching managers.

3. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
4. Proficiency with HRIS systems.

A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a HR Business Partner or Generalist role, preferably within the retail or luxury consumer goods sectors.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
