- Develop and implement a comprehensive, integrated media strategy aligned with the brand's overall marketing objectives and budget.
- Identify and evaluate the most effective media channels to reach target audiences, including print, digital, out-of-home (OOH), and emerging platforms.
- Define media objectives, target audience segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee all media buying and execution, ensuring optimal rates and placement worldwide.
- Negotiate contracts with media vendors and agencies to secure the best possible terms.
- Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of media campaigns.
- Lead the development and execution of the brand's digital media strategy, including display advertising and programmatic buying.
- Implement and manage performance marketing campaigns to drive website traffic, lead generation, and sales.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide regular reports and insights to the CMO and marketing team.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3-4 media professionals.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in media planning, buying, and execution, preferably within the luxury industry or a premium brand environment.
- Full professional fluency in English and French is essential.
- Deep understanding of both traditional and digital media ecosystems.
- Strong experience in performance marketing, data analytics, measurement, and reporting.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in media planning tools and analytics platforms.
Minimum 10 years of experience in media planning, buying, and execution, preferably within the luxury industry or a premium brand environment.
Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
