Hublot Head of Industrial Planning

- Lead and optimize the Master Production Schedule (PDP) for watches, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and seamless industrial flow.
- Serve as the primary interface between Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and operational planning to enhance product availability, order coverage, and stock levels.
- Build, update, and validate the medium and short-term PDP in alignment with S&OP demand.
- Ensure load/capacity balance across all flows and manage trade-offs between commercial priorities and industrial constraints.
- Consolidate production plans for Movement, Decoration, Complication, and Assembly flows.
- Coordinate and synchronize industrial flows from raw materials to final assembly.
- Manage the availability of critical components and coordinate inter-site and inter-departmental actions.
- Anticipate and manage the impacts of technical changes and product launches.
- Translate demand scenarios and commercial priorities into realistic production plans.
- Ensure coherence between commercial forecasts and industrial planning.
- Manage semi-finished and finished stock levels to ensure availability and prevent overstocking.
- Monitor product lifecycle references (NPI, EOL) and adjust coverage rules according to portfolio and product policy.
- Contribute to the evolution of planning tools (ERP, APS) and data reliability.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (service rate, PDP adherence, coverage, obsolescence).
- Promote best practices and enhance coordination among planners.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Pro-Concept, and knowledge of Gildas.
- Strong team collaboration and cross-functional working capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and relational ease.
- Organizational acumen and responsiveness.
- Courage to tackle unknown challenges.
Minimum 5 years in a similar role, with experience in scheduling and planning. Experience in the watchmaking industry is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
