Hublot General Manager Central Europe

- Define, execute, and monitor the regional business plan in alignment with global objectives.
- Implement the global brand strategy through sales, merchandising, training, marketing, and trade relationships.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across markets and channels including retail, wholesale, travel retail, and e-commerce.
- Build and maintain strong collaboration with central and global stakeholders.

- Manage budgets within sales, marketing, incentives, and operational expenses.
- Oversee CRM and clienteling initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty and retention.
- Deploy marketing and trade marketing plans in line with global direction.
- Enhance brand awareness and visibility in the Central Europe area (Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands).
- Act as a true brand ambassador with retailers, press, influencers, VIPs, and strategic partners.
- Support the development of Aftersales business and strengthen customer service excellence.
- Ensure a consistent brand image across all touchpoints, including retail and digital presence.
- Collaborate with central teams on PR, media, and social media activations tailored to local markets.
- Lead, inspire, and develop multicultural teams across the region.
- Foster a high-performance culture and ensure succession planning and talent development.
- Provide clear objectives, monitor results, and recognize performance.
- Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer-centricity.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical business practices.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to anticipate opportunities and risks.
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations to global management.
- Analyze performance against KPIs and propose action plans for continuous improvement.
- Stay alert to regulatory, economic, and geopolitical factors impacting the business.
- Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree in business, management, or related field a strong asset.
- Significant senior leadership experience in the luxury goods industry, preferably in watch and jewellery.
- Proven track record in managing multi-country responsibilities, ideally within Central Europe.
- Strong P&L management experience with demonstrated business growth and profitability results.
- Experience in retail and wholesale management, including store openings, account negotiations, and network development.
- Experience in talent development, succession planning, and building high-performance cultures.
- Strong analytical and business acumen with proven ability to translate strategy into execution.
- Ability to identify market opportunities and anticipate risks in complex, evolving environments.

Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in the luxury goods industry, with a focus on watches and jewellery.
Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred.
