1. Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership, aiding in commercial and operational decision-making.
2. Provide financial insights on sales performance, profitability, cost structure, and key business drivers.
3. Translate financial data into actionable recommendations for management and departments.
4. Oversee the monthly financial close and reporting cycle, including P&L, balance sheet, cash, and CAPEX.
5. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of financial statements in collaboration with Accounting.
6. Lead monthly performance reviews, including variance analysis versus budget and forecast.
7. Design, monitor, and report on key KPIs such as sales turnover, DSO, inventory, and freight costs.
8. Lead the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
9. Support medium-term financial planning and scenario analysis aligned with business priorities.
10. Ensure timely delivery of all financial deadlines and corporate reporting requirements.
11. Support internal control frameworks and audits, including ERICA process and expense management controls.
12. Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures across all departments.
13. Act as finance lead for Retail operations, including coordination with Adyen, access rights management, and audit support.
14. Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting tools, and closing timelines.
15. Partner with Finance and IT teams to enhance data quality, automation, and system efficiency.
16. Contribute to the evolution of reporting and planning tools such as SAP and Power BI.
17. Prepare and submit CAPEX requests in line with Group governance.
18. Track CAPEX execution, approvals, and post-investment follow-up.
19. Manage and develop one direct report, including objective setting, performance evaluation, and professional development.
20. Deliver ad-hoc financial analyses and presentations for senior management and HQ as required.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
2. 6+ years of experience in finance, controlling, FP&A, or audit within an international environment.

1. Strong knowledge of financial planning, controlling, and reporting standards.
2. Proven experience working with ERP and BI tools such as SAP and Power BI.
3. Advanced proficiency in Excel.
4. Experience in retail and/or wholesale environments strongly preferred.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
7. Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
8. High level of integrity, rigor, and attention to detail.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant financial role, preferably within an international environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
