Hublot eCommerce Intern

- Assist in responding to online customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Support customer follow-ups under the guidance of the E-commerce Manager.
- Perform basic Salesforce updates with provided training.
- Support order verification steps including documentation review and data checks.
- Coordinate with Logistics regarding order status, stock confirmations, and shipping timelines.
- Assist with Click & Collect coordination as necessary.
- Maintain daily trackers for order flow and customer updates.
- Help compile daily, weekly, and monthly eCommerce reports.
- Assist in updating internal dashboards through data entry and preparation.
- Receive training and provide support on Magento, Salesforce, Ekata, and Cybersource without system ownership.
- Assist in maintaining eCommerce procedures and documenting updates.
- Support communication with the Client Services Center in France for basic follow-ups.
- Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Logistics teams on administrative tasks.
- 1–2 years in retail, customer service, or administrative roles (eCommerce exposure preferred).
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Proficiency in Excel (basic level acceptable)
- Experience with Salesforce/Magento is a plus
Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant fields.
