1. Assist in responding to online customer inquiries via email and phone.
2. Support customer follow-ups under the guidance of the E-commerce Manager.
3. Perform basic Salesforce updates with provided training.
4. Support order verification steps including documentation review and data checks.
5. Coordinate with Logistics regarding order status, stock confirmations, and shipping timelines.
6. Assist with Click & Collect coordination as necessary.
7. Maintain daily trackers for order flow and customer updates.
8. Help compile daily, weekly, and monthly eCommerce reports.
9. Assist in updating internal dashboards through data entry and preparation.
10. Receive training and provide support on Magento, Salesforce, Ekata, and Cybersource without system ownership.
11. Assist in maintaining eCommerce procedures and documenting updates.
12. Support communication with the Client Services Center in France for basic follow-ups.
13. Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Logistics teams on administrative tasks.

1. 1–2 years in retail, customer service, or administrative roles (eCommerce exposure preferred).

2. High attention to detail and organization
3. Proficiency in Excel (basic level acceptable)
4. Experience with Salesforce/Magento is a plus

Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant fields.

The internship offers exposure to eCommerce luxury processes and provides training on industry-standard platforms such as Magento and Salesforce.
