Hublot Customer Service Coordinator

- Manage order processing, including manual creation, updates, dispatch of Swiss orders, and preparation of urgent and employee orders.
- Handle special orders, including weekly preparation of urgent LVMH CE orders via FedEx.
- Conduct administrative tasks such as issuing credit notes, managing and creating CITES orders, and tracking CITES approvals.
- Maintain customer relations by processing and responding to customer emails.
- Passion for the luxury watch industry.
- Previous experience in a similar professional role.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, especially in data entry and order preparation.
- Customer service orientation with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and watchmakers.
- Versatility in handling order management, administrative processing, and inter-departmental communication.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury industry.
