1. Manage order processing, including manual creation, updates, dispatch of Swiss orders, and preparation of urgent and employee orders.
2. Handle special orders, including weekly preparation of urgent LVMH CE orders via FedEx.
3. Conduct administrative tasks such as issuing credit notes, managing and creating CITES orders, and tracking CITES approvals.
4. Maintain customer relations by processing and responding to customer emails.

1. Passion for the luxury watch industry.
2. Previous experience in a similar professional role.
3. Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Attention to detail, especially in data entry and order preparation.
5. Customer service orientation with a professional and welcoming demeanor.

1. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Ability to work collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and watchmakers.
3. Versatility in handling order management, administrative processing, and inter-departmental communication.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury industry.
