1. Manage order processing including manual creation, updates, dispatch of Swiss orders, and preparation of urgent and employee orders.
2. Handle special orders with weekly preparation of urgent LVMH CE orders via FedEx.
3. Conduct administrative tasks such as issuing credit notes, managing and creating CITES orders, and tracking CITES validations.
4. Maintain client relations by addressing and responding to customer emails.
