- Design and manage global and regional compensation frameworks, including salary structures and job architecture.
- Lead annual compensation review cycles, ensuring consistent budget management and alignment with merit increases, promotions, and bonuses.
- Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness through comprehensive benchmarking and data analysis.
- Oversee benefits programs, ensuring offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the employer value proposition.
- Conduct market benchmarking and build compensation models to provide insights to HR leadership.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and partner with Legal, Finance, and Payroll to mitigate risks.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and leaders on compensation-related decisions.
- Lead or contribute to global HR projects, monitoring trends in total rewards and proposing innovative solutions.
- Master’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent.
- Certifications in Compensation & Benefits (e.g., WorldatWork) are a strong plus.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Experience with HRIS and compensation tools such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or SAP.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, with exposure to international and matrix organizations.
Master’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent.
