1. Program and set up CNC turning machines for watch component production.
2. Configure and program the Strausak rolling machine.
3. Manufacture watch components in accordance with technical drawings.
4. Ensure quality, quantity, and timely completion of production orders.
5. Identify and analyze technical issues, providing feedback to the Workshop Manager to support continuous process improvement.

1. Certified in micro-mechanics (CFC) or equivalent qualification.

1. Proficiency in CNC programming and machine setup.
2. Strong technical aptitude with a familiarity in computer environments.
3. Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Flexibility and autonomy in work processes.

A minimum of 5 years in a prototyping CNC machinist role is required.

Certified in micro-mechanics (CFC) or equivalent qualification.
