1. Set up and program CNC turning machines.
2. Configure and program the Strausak rolling machine.
3. Manufacture watch components according to technical plans.
4. Ensure quality, quantity, and timely completion of manufacturing orders.
5. Identify and analyze technical issues, providing feedback to the Workshop Manager to aid in continuous process improvement.

1. Certified micro-mechanic (CFC) or equivalent qualification.

1. Proficiency in CNC programming and machine setup.
2. Strong technical problem-solving abilities.
3. Attention to detail and quality control.
4. Organizational and time management skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Minimum of 5 years in a CNC machinist role, preferably in prototyping.

Certified micro-mechanic (CFC) or equivalent qualification.
