- Set up and program CNC turning machines.
- Configure and program the Strausak rolling machine.
- Manufacture watch components according to technical plans.
- Ensure quality, quantity, and timely completion of manufacturing orders.
- Identify and analyze technical issues, providing feedback to the Workshop Manager to aid in continuous process improvement.
- Certified micro-mechanic (CFC) or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in CNC programming and machine setup.
- Strong technical problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and quality control.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Minimum of 5 years in a CNC machinist role, preferably in prototyping.
Certified micro-mechanic (CFC) or equivalent qualification.
