1. Advise national and international clientele, embodying the excellence and values of the Maison.
2. Establish, develop, and maintain close relationships with clients, ensuring impeccable service.
3. Contribute to achieving the boutique's sales targets.
4. Actively participate in internal and external events and promotions.
5. Assist in stock management and the daily organization and tidying of the boutique.
6. Ensure the implementation of Visual Merchandising for window displays and product presentations, maintaining the brand image.
7. Coordinate follow-up on after-sales service and potential repairs with clients, the logistics team, and the workshop.

1. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are an asset.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a client-facing role, ideally in the luxury sector.
