1. Advise national and international clientele, embodying the excellence and values of the Maison.
2. Establish, develop, and maintain close relationships with clients, ensuring impeccable service.
3. Contribute to achieving the boutique's sales targets.
4. Actively participate in internal and external events and promotions.
5. Assist in stock management and the daily organization and tidying of the boutique.
6. Ensure the implementation of Visual Merchandising, respecting the brand image in all circumstances.
7. Ensure follow-up on after-sales service and potential repairs, coordinating with clients, the logistics team, and the workshop.

1. Passionate about luxury goods and client service.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a client-facing role, ideally in the luxury sector.
3. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are an asset.
