Hublot Client Advisor

- Provide professional consultation and support to both national and international clientele.
- Act as a brand ambassador, cultivating and maintaining local customer relationships.
- Assist in the planning and execution of internal events and promotions.
- Achieve sales targets as set by store management.
- Ensure the appealing arrangement of displays and optimal presentation of luxury products in line with brand image.
- Perform back-office duties within the boutique.
- Offer expert advice throughout the after-sales process, from maintenance to customer handover.
- Several years of experience in sales or a similar field dealing with discerning customers.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Exceptional networking abilities and active expansion of professional networks.
- Strong communication skills with a high degree of customer and service orientation.
- Affinity for luxury products and a keen sense for effective presentation techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, polished appearance, and confident demeanor.
- High level of responsibility, commitment, and teamwork.
- Organized and structured work approach, maintaining composure in demanding situations.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a comparable field with high-end clientele.
