- Define, execute, and monitor the regional business plan, ensuring alignment with global objectives and a focus on sustainable growth and profitability.

- Provide strong leadership and clear direction to the organization, setting well-defined goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain high-performing teams through effective leadership, talent attraction, professional development, and retention strategies.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, continuously monitoring and improving operational processes and workflows.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical business practices.
- Proven experience as a Brand Director or in a similar senior leadership role within the luxury retail sector, ideally with a luxury watch brand.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a business or division through periods of growth, with full P&L ownership.
- Hands-on experience and exposure to Sales, Commercial, Finance, HR, and Operations, with the ability to lead teams across these areas.
- Demonstrated ability to drive financial success and growth.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
