1. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the boutique.
2. Develop and implement action plans to meet sales objectives.
3. Establish and maintain strong, constructive relationships with department stores, particularly with external sales and business departments.
4. Enhance team building and communication to create a meaningful workplace for staff.
5. Motivate and coach staff to achieve sales budgets and productivity targets, providing training and development opportunities.
6. Prepare appropriate work shifts and manage staff attendance.
7. Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction within the boutique.
8. Manage customer relationships, including the acquisition of new clients and retention of existing ones.
9. Handle customer complaints effectively and manage boutique visual merchandising according to internal guidelines.
10. Oversee store operations, including sales, budget management, inventory control, daily reporting, and expense management.
11. Maintain the boutique environment, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance of facilities and equipment.

1. Over 3 years of experience in luxury brand or retail store management.
2. Basic PC skills.
3. Proficiency in English is advantageous.
