Hublot Boutique Manager

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the boutique.
- Develop and implement action plans to meet sales objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong, constructive relationships with department stores, particularly with external sales and business departments.
- Enhance team building and communication to create a meaningful workplace for staff.
- Motivate and coach staff to achieve sales budgets and productivity targets, providing training and development opportunities.
- Prepare appropriate work shifts and manage staff attendance.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction within the boutique.
- Manage customer relationships, including the acquisition of new clients and retention of existing ones.
- Handle customer complaints effectively and manage boutique visual merchandising according to internal guidelines.
- Oversee store operations, including sales, budget management, inventory control, daily reporting, and expense management.
- Maintain the boutique environment, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance of facilities and equipment.
- Over 3 years of experience in luxury brand or retail store management.
- Basic PC skills.
- Proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in sales and customer relationship management.
- Organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
