- Achieve annual sales targets by training and supporting the sales team in customer service.
- Establish and monitor individual and collective goals for the team.
- Analyze sales reports to develop innovative strategies for local business growth.
- Ensure brand integrity and adherence to Hublot standards in the boutique.
- Maintain daily display standards and manage inventory effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service and manage VIP client relationships.
- Support sales team on the floor and handle complex client situations.
- Oversee after-sales service and maintain customer database accuracy.
- Manage boutique operations, including inventory, logistics, and budget.
- Coordinate with internal and external vendors for boutique maintenance.
- Plan and execute local events and networking opportunities.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop the sales team, providing regular training.
- Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and adherence to company policies.
- Address employee issues in collaboration with HR.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years of retail experience, predominantly in luxury.
- 4+ years of managerial experience in a retail setting.
- Experience in the US or Canadian retail market.
- Previous experience in the watch industry is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- High customer focus and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Understanding of POS systems and operations.
Minimum of 10 years in retail, with significant experience in luxury and managerial roles.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Salary compensation range 110,000 - 125,000 CAD.
