1. Ensure annual sales targets are achieved by training and supporting the sales team.
2. Establish individual and collective goals for the team.
3. Analyze reports and data to develop and grow sales locally.
4. Maintain brand integrity in the boutique according to Hublot standards.
5. Provide the highest level of customer service and manage VIP clients.
6. Support sales team on the floor and manage complex client situations.
7. Weekly reporting on boutique sales and operations.
8. Manage inventory, stock orders, and logistics of returns.
9. Ensure maintenance of the boutique and manage vendor relationships.
10. Work with marketing team on annual event plans and local advertising strategy.
11. Recruit, onboard, train, and develop the sales team.
12. Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and employee issues.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
2. 10+ years retail experience in luxury
3. 4+ years managerial experience in a retail setting
4. Work experience in US or Canada retail market
5. Previous experience in Watch industry a plus

4. Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
5. Understanding of POS systems/operations

Minimum 10 years of retail experience with a focus on luxury, including 4+ years in a managerial role.

Salary compensation range 110,000 - 125,000 CAD
