Hublot Boutique Director

1. Achieve annual sales targets by training and supporting the sales team in customer service.
2. Establish individual and collective goals for the team.
3. Analyze reports and data to provide innovative ideas for local sales and business development.
4. Ensure brand integrity in the boutique according to Hublot standards.
5. Manage inventory, stock orders, and provide feedback on inventory mix.
6. Oversee logistics of returns and after-sales inventory.
7. Maintain boutique operations, including budget management and vendor coordination.
8. Implement and maintain merchandising displays and strategies.
9. Communicate with Hublot North America and Swiss headquarters on various inquiries.
10. Develop and manage VIP client relationships to ensure exceptional customer service.
11. Support the sales team on the floor and manage complex client situations.
12. Recruit, onboard, train, and develop the sales team.
13. Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and adherence to company policies.
14. Collaborate with the marketing team on event planning and local advertising strategies.
15. Ensure the boutique's Instagram account is updated following HQ guidelines.
16. Participate in local networking events to build relationships and develop business.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2. 10+ years of retail experience, predominantly in luxury.
3. 4+ years of managerial experience in a retail setting.
4. Experience in the US or Canadian retail market.
5. Previous experience in the watch industry is a plus.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
5. Understanding of POS systems and operations.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Salary range: $130,000-$150,000.
