Hublot Boutique Director

- Achieve annual sales targets by training and supporting the sales team in customer service.
- Establish individual and collective goals for the team.
- Analyze reports and data to provide innovative ideas for local sales and business development.
- Ensure brand integrity in the boutique according to Hublot standards.
- Manage inventory, stock orders, and provide feedback on inventory mix.
- Oversee logistics of returns and after-sales inventory.
- Maintain boutique operations, including budget management and vendor coordination.
- Implement and maintain merchandising displays and strategies.
- Communicate with Hublot North America and Swiss headquarters on various inquiries.
- Develop and manage VIP client relationships to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Support the sales team on the floor and manage complex client situations.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop the sales team.
- Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on event planning and local advertising strategies.
- Ensure the boutique's Instagram account is updated following HQ guidelines.
- Participate in local networking events to build relationships and develop business.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years of retail experience, predominantly in luxury.
- 4+ years of managerial experience in a retail setting.
- Experience in the US or Canadian retail market.
- Previous experience in the watch industry is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- High customer focus and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Understanding of POS systems and operations.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Salary range: $130,000-$150,000.
