Hublot Boutique Director

- Achieve annual sales targets by training and supporting the sales team in customer service.
- Establish individual and collective goals for the team.
- Analyze reports and data to develop innovative sales and business growth strategies.
- Ensure brand integrity in the boutique according to Hublot standards.
- Maintain daily display in line with Hublot guidelines and ensure regular rotation.
- Focus the team on financial targets, including sales, discounts, and inventory.
- Provide the highest level of customer service and demonstrate leadership in negotiation and client satisfaction.
- Develop and manage VIP clients to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Support the sales team on the floor and manage complex client situations.
- Ensure highest level of after-sales service and maintain communication with clients.
- Ensure customer database is up-to-date and propose customer service strategies for key clients.
- Weekly reporting on boutique sales and operations.
- Manage inventory, stock orders, and provide feedback on inventory mix.
- Oversee logistics of returns and after-sales inventory.
- Manage boutique annual budget and ensure back office stock is replenished.
- Ensure maintenance of the boutique and liaise with vendors.
- Implement and maintain merchandising displays and strategies.
- Communicate with Hublot North America and Swiss headquarters.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with marketing team on annual event plans and local advertising strategies.
- Support event logistics and maintain boutique's Instagram account.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop sales associates and assistant directors.
- Provide regular training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Mentor sales associates in customer service and relationship management.
- Address employee issues and partner with HR as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years of retail experience, predominantly in luxury.
- 4+ years of managerial experience in a retail setting.
- Experience in the US or Canadian retail market.
- Previous experience in the watch industry is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- High customer focus and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Understanding of POS systems and operations.
Minimum of 5 years in a relevant role, with significant experience in luxury retail and management.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
