1. Support the Store Manager in all professional, organizational, and personnel matters and act as a deputy in their absence.
2. Provide professional advice and care to both national and international clients.
3. Develop and maintain a local customer base.
4. Share sales responsibility closely with the Store Manager.
5. Assist in planning and executing internal events and promotions.
6. Create appealing window displays and optimally present high-quality products in line with the brand's image.
7. Manage the boutique's social media presence on Instagram.
8. Conduct regular inventory audits.
9. Prepare monthly reports.
10. Manage the cash register and oversee cash balance control, including invoice verification.

1. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sales or a comparable field dealing with discerning clients.
2. Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
