Hublot Assistant Boutique Director

- Assist the Boutique Director in managing all operations of the Hublot boutique to maximize performance.
- Ensure brand integrity in the boutique's market according to headquarters' standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service in negotiation, client satisfaction, and after-sales service.
- Manage and develop customer relationships.
- Ensure daily display follows headquarters' guidelines and rotate regularly.
- Conduct weekly reporting on boutique sales and operations.
- Provide feedback to the Boutique Director on inventory mix.
- Control inventory of timepieces, accessories, and spare parts.
- Manage logistics of returns and after-sales inventory in coordination with After-Sales departments.
- Assist in focusing the team on financial targets, including sales, discounts, and inventory.
- Assist in logistics for boutique events, including catering management and participation.
- Build partnerships with local charities, shopping venues, and key networking sources.
- Propose ideas to expand boutique awareness and presence in the local community.
- Participate in local events.
- Ensure the boutique's Instagram account is updated following headquarters' guidelines.
- Maintain an up-to-date customer database and provide necessary information for new clients.
- Act as the manager on the floor in the absence of the Boutique Director.
- Assist in staff scheduling and payroll approval.
- Mentor Sales Associates in customer service and relationship management.
- Ensure compliance with Retail guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Provide feedback on employees’ performance and assist in training new hires.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Previous retail luxury experience required.
- Experience in assisting store management ideal.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- High customer focus and strong interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of the timepiece industry desired.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexible and dynamic attitude towards work.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Minimum of 5 years of related experience in luxury retail, with a preference for those who have assisted in store management.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
