1. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and effective after-sales service.
2. Maintain brand integrity within the boutique, adhering to headquarters' standards.
3. Oversee daily display arrangements and ensure regular rotation in line with headquarters' guidelines.
4. Conduct weekly reporting on boutique sales and operations.
5. Provide feedback on inventory mix, stock orders, and inventory controls.
6. Manage logistics related to returns and after-sales inventory.
7. Assist in achieving financial targets, including sales, discounts, and inventory management.
8. Support logistics for boutique events organized by the brand.
9. Ensure the boutique's Instagram account is updated according to headquarters' guidelines.
10. Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
11. Assist in staff scheduling and provide mentorship to Sales Associates.
12. Act as the floor manager in the absence of the Boutique Director.

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
3. At least 2 years in a retail management role, with experience in store management assistance.

1. Strong organizational skills.
2. Effective leadership and team management abilities.
3. High customer focus with excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Thorough understanding of the timepieces industry.
5. Proficiency in MS Office.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, including at least 2 years in a management role.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
