1. Provide exceptional customer service in negotiation, client satisfaction, and after-sales service.
2. Maintain brand integrity in the boutique according to headquarters standards.
3. Ensure daily display adheres to headquarters guidelines and rotates regularly.
4. Conduct weekly reporting on boutique sales and operations.
5. Offer feedback on inventory mix, stock orders, and inventory controls.
6. Manage logistics of returns and after-sales inventory.
7. Assist in focusing the team on financial targets, including sales, discounts, and inventory.
8. Support the logistics of boutique events organized by the brand.
9. Update the boutique's Instagram account following headquarters guidelines.
10. Ensure the customer database is current and provide necessary information.
11. Assist in staff scheduling and provide mentoring to Sales Associates.
12. Act as the manager on the floor in the absence of the Boutique Director.

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. Minimum 5 years of related experience.
3. Previous retail luxury experience required.
4. Minimum of 2 years in a retail management role.
5. Experience in assisting store management.

1. Strong organizational skills.
2. Good leadership and team management skills.
3. High customer focus and strong interpersonal skills.
4. Thorough understanding of the timepieces industry.
5. Proficiency in MS Office.

Minimum 5 years of related experience, with at least 2 years in a retail management role within the luxury sector.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
