Hublot Assistant Boutique Director

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and managing after-sales service.
- Maintain brand integrity within the boutique in accordance with headquarters' standards.
- Oversee daily display arrangements and ensure regular rotation as per guidelines.
- Manage back-office operations and administrative tasks.
- Conduct weekly reporting on boutique sales and operations.
- Offer feedback on inventory mix, stock orders, and inventory controls.
- Handle logistics for returns and after-sales inventory.
- Support the team in achieving financial targets, including sales and inventory management.
- Coordinate events, activations, and networking opportunities.
- Assist in organizing boutique events as per brand requirements.
- Update the boutique's Instagram account in line with headquarters' guidelines.
- Ensure the customer database is current and provide necessary CRM information.
- Assist in staff scheduling and provide mentorship to Sales Associates.
- Act as the floor manager in the absence of the Boutique Director.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Previous retail luxury experience required.
- At least 2 years in a retail management role with experience in store management.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Effective leadership and team management.
- High customer focus with strong interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of the timepieces industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Minimum of 5 years in a related field, with at least 2 years in a retail management role.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
