1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a high-traffic airport retail environment.
2. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of luxury watches and jewelry to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
3. Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store to enhance product presentation.
4. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies.
5. Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

1. Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in watches or jewelry.
2. Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
3. Proficiency in French and English, additional languages are a plus.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
