1. Provide an exceptional sales experience to customers, ensuring their desires are met with care and precision.
2. Contribute to achieving corporate objectives by managing customer relationships and handling sales and post-sales assistance.
3. Participate in the organization of the store, ensuring the sales floor, back office, and stock are orderly.
4. Ensure the correct presentation of the Hour Passion brand image.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of retail experience as a sales associate.
2. Commercially oriented with a dynamic and flexible approach.
3. Availability to work in rotating shifts.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to identify interlocutors and adapt communication and interaction accordingly.
6. Proficient problem-solving abilities.

1. Proficiency in using main IT tools and a strong inclination towards technology.
2. Excellent command of the English language.

A minimum of 3-4 years of retail experience is required.
