1. Provide an exceptional sales experience to clients, ensuring their desires are met with care and precision.
2. Contribute to achieving corporate objectives by managing client relationships and handling sales and post-sales assistance.
3. Participate in store organization, ensuring the sales floor, back office, and stock are orderly.
4. Ensure the correct presentation of the Hour Passion brand image.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience as a sales associate.
2. Strong commercial orientation.
3. Dynamic and flexible with the ability to work rotating shifts.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to identify interlocutors and adapt communication accordingly.
3. Proficient problem-solving abilities.
4. Familiarity with main IT tools and a strong inclination towards technology.

At least 2-3 years of retail experience is required.
