1. Provide exceptional sales experiences to customers, ensuring their needs and desires are met.
2. Contribute to achieving corporate sales targets through effective client relationship management.
3. Assist in both sales and post-sales services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain the organization and presentation of the store, back office, and inventory.
5. Ensure the brand image of Hour Passion is consistently and accurately represented.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience as a sales associate.
2. Proficiency in English and Chinese.
3. Familiarity with key IT tools and a strong inclination towards technology usage.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
