1. Provide an exceptional sales experience to customers, ensuring their desires are met with care and precision.
2. Contribute to achieving corporate objectives by managing customer relationships and handling sales and post-sales assistance.
3. Participate in store organization, ensuring the sales floor, back office, and stock are orderly.
4. Ensure the brand image of Hour Passion is presented correctly.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of retail experience as a sales associate.
2. Strong commercial orientation.
3. Dynamic and flexible disposition.
4. Availability to work in rotating shifts.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to identify and adapt communication to different interlocutors and situations.
3. Strong problem-solving capabilities.
4. Proficiency in using main IT tools and a high aptitude for technology.

A minimum of 3-4 years in retail sales.
