1. Provide an excellent sales experience to clients, ensuring their needs and desires are met.
2. Contribute to achieving corporate objectives by managing client relationships and handling sales and post-sales assistance.
3. Participate in store organization, ensuring the sales floor, back office, and stock are orderly.
4. Ensure the correct presentation of the Hour Passion brand image.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of retail experience as a sales associate.
2. Commercial orientation and dynamic, flexible approach.
3. Availability to work in rotating shifts.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to identify interlocutors and adapt communication accordingly.
6. Proficient problem-solving abilities.

1. Proficiency with main IT tools and a strong inclination towards technology.
2. Excellent command of the English language.

A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in retail sales is required.
