1. Provide excellent sales experience to customers.
2. Contribute to achieving company goals by managing customer relationships and handling sales and post-sales assistance.
3. Organize the store, ensuring the sales floor, back office, and stock are orderly.
4. Ensure proper presentation of the Hour Passion brand image.

1. Experience in retail for at least 3 to 4 years.
2. Commercial orientation.
3. Dynamic and flexible.
4. Availability to work in rotating shifts.
5. Good relational and communication skills.
6. Ability to identify interlocutors and adapt communication and interaction according to situations.
7. Problem-solving skills.

1. Proficiency in using main IT tools.
2. High predisposition to use technology.

At least 3 to 4 years of retail experience.

Excellent knowledge of the English language.
