1. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a superior shopping experience.
2. Contribute to achieving sales targets by managing customer relationships and providing sales and post-sales assistance.
3. Organize the store to ensure the sales floor, back office, and stock are orderly.
4. Ensure the brand image of Hour Passion is presented correctly.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of retail experience as a sales associate.
2. Strong commercial orientation.
3. Dynamic and flexible with the ability to work in rotating shifts.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Proficient in identifying interlocutors and adapting communication accordingly.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities.

1. Proficiency in English.
2. Familiarity with main IT tools and a strong inclination towards technology.

A minimum of 3-4 years in a retail sales environment is required.
