1. Provide an exceptional sales experience to customers, ensuring their needs and desires are met.
2. Contribute to achieving corporate goals by managing customer relationships and handling sales and post-sales assistance.
3. Participate in store organization, ensuring the sales floor, back office, and stock are orderly.
4. Ensure the correct presentation of the Hour Passion brand image.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience as a salesperson.
2. Strong commercial orientation.
3. Dynamic and flexible with the ability to work in rotating shifts.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Proficient in identifying interlocutors and adapting communication accordingly.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities.

1. Proficiency in English and Chinese.
2. Familiarity with main IT tools and a strong inclination towards technology.

A minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience is required.
