1. Previous experience in retail, preferably in luxury goods or fashion.
2. Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

2. Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems.
3. Fluency in Italian; additional languages are an asset.
4. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail environment, ideally within the luxury sector.
