1. Deliver an exceptional sales experience to customers, focusing on fulfilling their desires and needs.
2. Contribute to achieving corporate objectives by managing customer relationships and providing sales and post-sales assistance.
3. Participate in the organization of the store, ensuring the sales floor, back office, and stock are orderly.
4. Ensure the correct presentation of the Hour Passion brand image.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of retail experience as a sales associate.
2. Strong commercial orientation.
3. Dynamic and flexible with the ability to work rotating shifts.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in identifying interlocutors and adapting communication accordingly.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities.

1. Proficiency in English.
2. Familiarity with key computer tools and a strong inclination towards technology.

At least 3-4 years of retail experience is required.
