1. Engage with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
2. Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
3. Maintain store presentation and ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand standards.
4. Achieve individual and store sales targets.
5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
6. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience.

1. Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in the luxury sector.
2. Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are an asset.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
