1. Lead and manage daily operations of the boutique, ensuring alignment with sales, presentation, and customer service objectives.
2. Coach and mentor the team to achieve sales targets and maintain brand standards.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, facilitating communication and collaboration.
4. Oversee financial transactions, sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
5. Conduct performance evaluations and manage administrative tasks.
6. Advise customers on brand offerings and provide exceptional service, addressing any complaints.
7. Manage inventory and ordering processes, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
8. Prepare and oversee cash register operations, assisting staff as needed.

1. MBO+/HBO level of education or equivalent experience.
2. Proven experience in a leadership and sales role, preferably within the mid to high-end retail sector.
3. Excellent communication and commercial skills.

10. Proficiency in Dutch, German, and English; knowledge of French or other languages is an advantage.
