1. Lead and manage daily store operations to achieve sales, presentation, and customer service objectives.
2. Coach and mentor the store team to enhance performance and meet brand standards.
3. Oversee the visual merchandising and brand representation within the store.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for store employees.
5. Conduct performance evaluations and manage administrative tasks.
6. Drive sales and provide exceptional customer service, addressing any complaints effectively.
7. Manage inventory and ordering processes to ensure optimal stock levels.
8. Prepare and oversee cash register operations, guiding staff as needed.

1. MBO+/HBO level of education or equivalent work experience.
2. Proven experience in a leadership role within retail, preferably in the mid to high-end segment.
3. Strong communication and commercial skills.
4. Proactive, independent, and collaborative team player.

10. Proficiency in Dutch, German, and English; knowledge of French or other languages is an advantage.

Previous experience in a similar managerial role within the retail sector, particularly in the mid to high-end market segment, is required.

MBO+/HBO level of education or equivalent work experience.
