1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
3. Supervise and train sales staff to enhance performance.
4. Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
5. Implement visual merchandising strategies to attract customers.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
7. Contribute to sales targets and store profitability.

1. Previous experience in retail management or supervisory role.
2. Strong understanding of luxury retail and customer service.
3. Proficiency in inventory management and visual merchandising.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably within the luxury sector.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
