With its headquarters in Eindhoven, the company supplies independent jewelers and large retail chains, while also managing a growing number of proprietary retail outlets, including the Tourbillon Boutique in Amsterdam and Hour Passion in the Designer Outlet in Roermond.

1. Assist in the daily management and operations of the store.
2. Collaborate with the Store Manager to coach and guide the team to achieve sales, presentation, and customer service objectives.
3. Maintain the store's brand presentation and adherence to guidelines.
4. Act as the primary point of contact for staff in the Store Manager's absence.
5. Support inventory ordering and management, scheduling, and customer service follow-up.
6. Serve as a Sales Advisor, providing expert guidance to international customers on watch purchases.
7. Represent the brand as an ambassador and advisor, handling customer service, repairs, and after-sales inquiries.

1. Experience in a similar role, preferably within mid to high-end retail.
2. MBO+ level of working and thinking.
3. Experience as an assistant manager or sales associate.
