Hour Passion Assistant Store Manager

The Swatch Group Netherlands is part of the global Swatch Group, responsible for the sales of renowned Swiss watch brands like Swatch, Omega, Longines, Tissot, Hamilton, Certina, Rado, and Balmain within the Netherlands. The company operates from its headquarters in Eindhoven, supplying independent jewelers and large retail chains, and has a growing number of its own retail outlets, including the Tourbillon Boutique in Amsterdam and Hour Passion in the Designer Outlet in Roermond.

1. Assist in the daily management and operations of the store.
2. Collaborate with the Store Manager to coach and guide the team to achieve sales, presentation, and customer service goals.
3. Maintain the store's appearance according to brand presentation guidelines.
4. Act as the first point of contact for staff in the absence of the Store Manager.
5. Support the Store Manager with tasks such as ordering and managing inventory, scheduling, and customer service follow-ups.
6. Serve as a Sales Advisor, assisting international customers with their purchases.
7. Act as a brand ambassador and advisor for various watch brands.
8. Handle customer services, repairs, and after-sales inquiries.

1. MBO+ level of education or equivalent.
2. Experience in a similar role, preferably in mid to high-end retail.
3. Experience as an assistant manager or sales associate.

Experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail sector in the mid to high-end segment.
