1. Assist in managing daily operations of the store in collaboration with the Store Manager.
2. Coach and guide the team to achieve sales, presentation, and customer service objectives.
3. Ensure the store's appearance aligns with brand presentation guidelines.
4. Act as the primary point of contact for staff in the absence of the Store Manager.
5. Support inventory management and scheduling tasks.
6. Advise international customers on watch purchases, acting as a brand ambassador.
7. Handle customer service, repairs, and after-sales inquiries.

1. Experience in a similar role, preferably within mid to high-end retail.
2. MBO+ level of education or equivalent experience.
3. Proven leadership and sales experience.

2. Proactive, independent, and team-oriented.
3. Sales and results-driven with strong organizational awareness.
4. Fluent in Dutch, German, and English; knowledge of French or other languages is a plus.

Previous experience in a comparable position within the retail sector, particularly in the mid to high-end market segment, is preferred.

MBO+ level of education or equivalent experience.
