Assistant Store Manager

The Swatch Group Netherlands is the sales organization for renowned Swiss watch brands such as Swatch, Omega, Longines, Tissot, Hamilton, Certina, Rado, and Balmain within the Netherlands. Based in Eindhoven, the company supplies independent jewelers and large retail chains, and operates its own retail outlets, including the Hour Passion store in the Designer Outlet in Roermond.

1. Assist in the daily management and operations of the store.
2. Collaborate with the Store Manager to coach and guide the team to achieve sales, presentation, and customer service goals.
3. Maintain the store's appearance according to brand guidelines.
4. Act as the primary contact for staff in the absence of the Store Manager.
5. Support inventory ordering and management.
6. Assist in creating staff schedules.
7. Support customer service, repairs, and after-sales processes.
8. Serve as a Sales Advisor to international customers.

1. MBO+ level of education or equivalent.
2. Experience in a similar role, preferably in mid to high-end retail.
3. Experience as an assistant manager or sales associate.

Experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail sector in the mid to high-end segment.
