1. Assist the Boutique Manager in daily operations and management of the boutique.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of client satisfaction.
3. Support in inventory management and stock control.
4. Contribute to achieving sales targets and profitability objectives.
5. Coordinate and supervise staff activities and performance.
6. Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation.
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

1. Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in inventory management and sales techniques.
