1. Support the Boutique Manager in daily operations and management of the boutique.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
3. Assist in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

5. Oversee visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
6. Train and mentor boutique staff to enhance their skills and performance.
