1. Support the Boutique Manager in daily operations and management of the boutique.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
3. Assist in achieving sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the boutique.
4. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
5. Train and develop boutique staff to enhance their performance and product knowledge.
6. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the boutique's aesthetic appeal.
