1. Assist the Boutique Manager in daily operations and management of the boutique.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Support in achieving sales targets and driving profitability.
4. Coordinate and manage boutique staff, including scheduling and training.
5. Maintain visual merchandising standards to align with brand guidelines.
6. Oversee inventory management and stock control.
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.

1. Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.
2. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
3. Proficiency in sales and customer service.
4. Knowledge of luxury retail and brand representation.

2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Proficiency in retail management software.
4. Fluency in German and English.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably within the luxury sector.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
