Hermès Supply Chain Business Analyst Apprentice
Hermès Sellier is the industrial and manufacturing arm of the Hermès group, responsible for translating the Maison’s savoir‑faire into ready‑to‑wear and leather goods production. - Maintain and update daily sales tracking files during market buying sessions: establish session files, extract daily sales-to-date, analyse day‑over‑day variations and verify compliance with pre‑sale framing (collection structure, production minima, etc.).
- Prepare and circulate a concise daily sales analysis summary to Purchasing, Procurement and Supply Chain teams.
- Set up seasonal production reporting at the start of each season: monitor deliveries versus the prior season, track remaining to deliver, record cancellations and second‑choice stock, and compile delivery information for commercial teams.
- Update weekly supply‑chain performance indicators: refresh delivery reporting, monitor goods in progress at the logistics partner, manage re‑stocking of TDS and second‑choice flows, and document associated standard operating procedures.
- Deliver ad hoc analyses to support business needs, including analysis of collection structure complexity and projections for finished‑goods deliveries to the logistics partner.
- Provide occasional operational support to cross‑functional supply‑chain teams and proactively propose improvements to existing dashboards and processes.
- Current student in a business school, engineering school, or equivalent programme (apprenticeship/alternance).
- Strong proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power Query and Power BI is strongly desirable.
- Analytical mindset with strong synthesis skills and numerical affinity.
- Rigour, intellectual curiosity, clear written and verbal communication, and a collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
- Interest in the luxury and ready‑to‑wear sectors.
