- Conceive and deliver a rare, bespoke experience for each client, presenting Hermès collections across the House’s 16 Métiers with attention to materials, craftsmanship and provenance.
- Warmly welcome clients and create an intimate advisory atmosphere through attentive listening and tailored recommendations that reflect individual lifestyles.
- Develop sales across all categories, applying a modern, seamless omnichannel approach that integrates in‑store and digital client interactions.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product and trend knowledge; participate in regular training and product briefings to ensure authoritative advice.
- Collaborate with boutique colleagues to ensure a coherent, high‑quality client journey and contribute to collective performance and store standards.
- Manage client follow‑up and clienteling activities to strengthen long‑term relationships and loyalty.
- Minimum three years of proven experience in high‑end or luxury retail, with demonstrable track record of personalised client relationship management.
- Fluent in German and English, with professional presentation and communication skills suited to a discerning international clientele.
- Deep product sensitivity and technical knowledge of materials and finishes; ability to navigate effortlessly between different Métiers.
- Service‑oriented, meticulous attention to detail and commitment to Hermès’ standards of discreet luxury and hospitality.
- Autonomous, agile and digitally literate—comfortable using boutique digital tools and CRM for client management.
- Team player with openness to cross‑Métiers collaboration and a continuous learning mindset.
- Availability to commence on or around 2026-05-01 and able to work a 60% part‑time schedule.

Minimum three years’ experience in upscale or luxury retail demonstrating personalised client advisory, cross‑category selling and a track record of contributing to boutique commercial objectives.
