Hermès Quality Process Project Assistant (ERP)

1. Support the Quality Business Process Owner (BPO) in defining and documenting end‑to‑end quality processes across métiers.
2. Model business processes in Signavio and maintain process documentation in line with QMS and ERP requirements.
3. Co‑facilitate cross‑functional workshops with métier referents to identify commonalities, exceptions and improvement opportunities.
4. Contribute to the operational roll‑out of the QMS and preparation for upstream ERP replacement, including tracking design decisions and required validations.
5. Participate in solution testing (QMS and ERP), collect user feedback and document non‑regressions and improvement requests.
6. Propose and help implement KPIs and satisfaction metrics for quality processes and support their deployment via BI (Power BI).
7. Animate the transverse quality community: organise participatory workshops, develop training content and communicate project progress to stakeholders.

1. Enrolled in Master 1 or Master 2 (Bac+4/5) in an engineering school, business school or university programme with a specialisation in QSE, process management, operations/supply chain, information systems or project management.
2. Strong analytical rigour, organisational discipline and attention to detail.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to animate workshops and work across functions.
4. Professional level of English appreciated.

Open to beginners; students in M1/M2 preparing an apprenticeship contract. Prior exposure to process mapping, quality systems or ERP projects is a plus but not required.

Master's level (M1 or M2) in engineering, business or equivalent university programme with relevant specialisation (QSE, Lean/continuous improvement, operations/supply chain, information systems or project management).
