Hermès Project Assistant, Development & Industrialization (Internship)

- Support the Project Manager in piloting and coordinating one or more jewellery product development and industrialization projects from early prototypes to production validation (J3).
- Maintain and animate project data: consolidate collection requirements, event needs and technical dossiers; keep project tracking tools up to date.
- Monitor project timelines, anticipate risks and escalate issues to secure objectives for quality, aesthetics, cost and delivery.
- Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives within the project team: support adoption of management tools, analyse development costs and propose process enhancements.
- Coordinate cross‑functional interactions with Creation, Technical teams (Design Office and Methods), Product Data, Quality, Purchasing, Supply and internal/external ateliers.
- Manage administrative project tasks: place orders for parts, study costs and tooling, capitalise cost data, track prototype/component stocks and monitor budgets.
- Prepare presentation boards/platters and coordinate shipments for internal reviews and commercial events.
- Animate and follow up on atelier routines and transversal action plans to ensure implementation and alignment with project milestones.
- Final‑year student or on academic leave (césure) from an engineering school, business school or IAE with a strong interest in technical environments.
- Demonstrable appetite for project management and process improvement.
- Genuine curiosity for jewellery and sensitivity to product aesthetics and craftsmanship.
- Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills; ability to federate cross‑functional teams.
- Autonomy, leadership potential, rigorous organisation and strong analytical/synthesis capabilities.
- Adaptability, resilience and result orientation in a changing, fast‑paced context.

Beginners accepted; intended for students at the end of their studies or on an academic gap year. Prior internship experience in product development or project coordination is advantageous but not required.
Enrolled in an engineering school, business school (École de commerce) or IAE, ideally in a program with exposure to technical project work.
